Agreement

By accessing or using flow.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products and Pricing

We strive to display products and pricing accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you and give you the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we accept your order when we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or pricing errors. Payment is processed at checkout by our third-party payment processor.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, product designs, photography, text, and code — is owned by FLOW or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the operation of the Site. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLOW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
